Note to Clientele
In an effort to provide professional services for each and every client in a timely manner, The Gentlemen’s Barber Shop follows the below protocol for all appointments.
- Please use the online booking system to create your appointment for all services in the shop. This way, you will receive an email reminder for your appointment.
- It is strongly recommended that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are at all late for your appointment, there is a very good chance you will need to reschedule for another day or time.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please have the courtesy to call the shop at (970)468-0539 and notify your barber at least 2 hours in advance when possible. This allows for the barber to open that appointment block for other clients to book.
- If you do in fact miss your appointment and do not notify the shop ahead of time, it will be documented. After this point if you would like to make another appointment you will have to enter in a credit card number to make an appointment from here on out. If you miss a second time your credit card will be charged for the service in full.
Your time and busy daily schedule is extremely valued and we appreciate that.

Four tips for making and managing your appointment:
- Make sure you are booking the correct day.
- After selecting your desired time and barber, please click “confirm”.
- Please do not delete your confirmation e-mail. This is the only way you can cancel/change your appointment if need be.
- Lastly, our system displays the very next slot available. This may take you to the next day simply because we are “booked out” on the day you are viewing in our system. No need to call the shop to notify us, we are aware that the system operates this way.
