Scott
I am a local of Summit County since 2003 and have been barbering at the Gentlemen’s barber shop since 2009. I received my professional license for barbering in Denver, CO. Before I was a barber I served the public as a Firefighter/EMT in Florida and Colorado. I believe that my trade just like firefighting is a professional position and seek to offer the finest barbering services that a individual can receive. I specialize in men’s conservative, haircuts/tapers, shear/razor cuts, short/long haircuts, fades, and straight razor shaves. We welcome locals, seasonal residents and visitors to Summit County to come and enjoy a classic barber shop experience.
Steve
I have been a Summit County resident since 2003 and am a Licensed Barber in the State of Colorado. I am a Michigan native and have also spent some time in south Florida. Prior to choosing to become a barber, I have served in many different capacities including Dockmaster, Restaurant Manager, Strength and Conditioning Coach in Florida, and most recently as an Animal Control Officer in Summit County for seven years. Professional hospitality has always been something I’ve been drawn to and having the privilege of serving the community as a barber is no exception. I look forward to providing professional barbering services to the Summit County Community and honoring The Gentlemen’s Barber Shop name.
Taylor
Taylor is a Licensed Barber in the State of Colorado. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Taylor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Taylor relocated to Summit County in 2010 to pursue a career in Retail Merchandising Management. After a number of years traveling internationally, Taylor was encouraged by Scott to pursue a career in barbering. Currently a Frisco resident, Taylor is eager to serve his local community by providing a traditional barbershop experience and honored to join the remarkable team of barbers at The Gentlemen’s Barbershop.

Colorado born and raised, I moved to Summit County in 2011. I had my car packed and ready for the move during my last exam for a bachelors degree in psychology at University of Colorado at Boulder, and was at my new home in the mountains a couple of hours later. Before joining the Gentlemen’s Barbershop team, I enjoyed a ten year career as a line cook, which helped me develop the attention to detail, organizational skills, work ethic, and customer-minded responsibility that is crucial to being a successful barber. Over time, I’ve come to realize the importance of maintaining your personal appearance and how it positively impacts someone internally. As such, I look forward to providing a quality grooming experience to my Summit County family and visitors alike!

I’m a Colorado native, who grew up in Glenwood Springs. I moved to Summit County in 1999 to pursue a career in culinary arts and become a chef. After my apprenticeship with Vail Resorts and the Colorado Mountain College Culinary Institute, I graduated with a bachelors degree in Applied Science. Upon graduation, I stayed in Keystone where I worked my way through the ranks at the resort and became a chef leading teams of cooks. With over 30 years of working in hospitality, I look to take my passion for serving others to the barbershop. As I pursue my new career as a barber, I hope to take my skills as a chef and focus on the details of cutting hair and creating an amazing barbering experience. As a chef I lived by the motto of “If you look good, you feel good. If you feel good, you look good.” I look forward to continuing this motto as a barber to have all my clients leaving looking great and feeling even better!
